Reservations can be shown as any of the following status descriptions. The order below is the order on the drop down menu selector and follows the natural progress of a reservation from start to finish.
Provisional
A reservation has been made but has not been guaranteed with any guarantee type e.g. credit card
Guaranteed
A reservation has been made and has been guaranteed
Checked In
The guest has been checked in.
Checked Out
The guest has been checked out and the room is available for cleaning.
Incomplete
The reservation has been suspended. A reservation is incomplete where there is an unresolved issue so can't be checked out but the room needs to be made available for the next guest.
Cancelled
The reservation has been cancelled.
Clipboard
Reservations that have been moved temporarily from an allocated status so another reservation can occupy that particular room number/name.
